Audacity 4.0

Audacity 4.0 rebuilds the interface on the Qt toolkit with high-DPI rendering and introduces a new clip-editing model. Most Audacity 3 workflows remain, but several controls have moved or changed. Clips can be edited in groups, split with a dedicated tool, and moved between tracks, and projects now use the .aup4 format, with .aup3 projects opening and converting to .aup4 (though converted files cannot be saved back to .aup3); some Audacity 3 features are not available and exporting or rendering features may be missing.
